Didn't receive food. Restaurant rang to say they could not deliver....location, staff shortage etc. Very disappointed - we have always enjoyed the food from Hotway.

Bengal curry was WAY to hot used to be lovely medium spiced curry but last couple of times it's been vindaloo hot.Same with the bhuna was supposed to be mild /medium and was full of birdeye chillis.Stop.thinking you have to whack birdeye in everything.They'll get one more chance if it's no good next time I'll find somewhere else

Normally spot on but food took 1.5 hours to arrive and was cold when it finally arrived. Also never read the notes. Hopefully it's just a one off as we are regular customers.

Over 3 years with no issues. Not sure if they have lost a driver as last order was well over hour late and this one 40 minutes late... Food fantastic as allways but a bit ???? dissatisfied with online order times
